Refund Policy

Refunds are provided within 45 days of notice from the Sorority or a purchaser complaint, remit a refund of acceptable adjustment to the complaining purchaser for any defective Licensed Goods sold by Unique Church Wear once Unique Church Wear has received the merchandise being returned. In the event due to no fault of the purchaser, Unique Church Wear is unable to deliver a Licensed Good within 45 days of purchase, Unique Church Wear will provide the purchaser the option to receive a full refund of the purchase price within 10 business days of purchaser’s demand

Returns

Return items must be received in their original, unworn, and unused condition. To start the return process: Email us at support@uniquechurchwear.com and we will send you a return form to complete. Return your items(s) along with the completed form to the address below. Please note returns shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless it is determined the item is damaged due to our negligence. Once we receive your return, a refund (minus the original shipping fees) will be issued within 5-7 business days.
